GNSB Secures Summary Judgment in Slip and Fall Case

Birmingham, AL – December 9, 2025 – GNSB lawyers represented a cleaning company in a slip and fall case, which was filed in Jefferson County, Alabama. After completion of discovery and depositions, GNSB filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of its client based on lack of substantial evidence of a breach of duty and proximate causation. The court considered the motion, heard oral arguments, and granted summary judgment in favor of GNSB’s client on all claims.  GNSB secured this victory and dismissal of its client from the civil action a month prior to trial.
