Lisha Graham

Managing Partner

A graduate of Cumberland School of Law, Lisha was active on Cumberland’s nationally-ranked Trial Team where she led the team to national and regional championships. She served on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and as Director of Negotiations for the Cumberland Trial Board. In recognition of her advocacy skills, Lisha received both the Mike Papantonio Trial Advocacy Award and the Best Advocate Award.

Prior to law school, Lisha received a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University, where she graduated as a Senior Honors Scholar, in Bio-Medical Sciences with a minor in Music Education and Performance. Lisha served as an SGA Senator and president of the College of Science and Mathematics, as well as the president of the Honors College. She co-founded the Sigma Alpha Iota music service fraternity, and received the Competitive Undergraduate Cancer Research Fellowship Award.

When she is not practicing law, Lisha enjoys spending time with her family. Lisha is passionate about traveling as much as she can, eating as much good food as she can, and playing her fiddle.

Lisha understands the value of hard work. Having started college at the age of 16, and the practice of law at 23, Lisha has learned to be efficient with her time. She strives to apply that efficiency in every case. Lisha has gained her reputation and clients through her work ethic, empathy, and ability to connect with people both in and out of the courtroom. After practicing with some prominent law firms in Birmingham, Lisha is now proud to serve as the managing partner of Graham Neal Seal & Bell.

Lisha is a seasoned trial attorney in the areas of civil defense litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, complex litigation, and construction law.  She has tried complex and high-stakes exposure cases to verdict in both the courtroom and to final award in arbitration proceedings.
