GNSB Secures Defense Verdict in Construction Defect Arbitration

Huntsville, AL – April 27, 2026 – GNSB partners, Jack Neal and Curtis Seal, recently obtained a complete defense verdict in favor of a client homebuilder against claims in arbitration for Breach of Contract and Breach of Warranties. The claims alleged numerous construction defects in multiple homes located in a residential development just outside of Huntsville, Alabama. The arbitrator found that the Claimants failed to meet their burden of proof to establish the existence of any defective workmanship. The arbitrator further held that the client adequately performed its obligations under the contracts and warranty agreements with the Claimants and that Claimants failed to establish any breach by the client.
